Refund & Returns Policy

At Buniq.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand our process for handling returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that have been customized, used, or worn cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, you must first contact our customer support team at support@buniq.sg . Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn or used

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a return. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once it is processed.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for an update
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@buniq.sg 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@buniq.sg to arrange for the exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange.

When shipping your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
